OCTAPLAN is a private consulting and research firm based in Khulna. Its main activities are to provide research support to national and international NGOs, donor agencies and other institutions. The firm primarily works on the eight goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The firm does not function alone, and the success achieved reflects the ability of the client as well.
