About us
OCTAPLAN is a private consulting and research firm based in Khulna. It started its journey in 2016 and registered as a partnership firm in 2024. Its main activities are to provide research support to national and international NGOs, donor agencies, government and other institutions on development and emerging issues.

Establish MoUs with other aligned organizations to jointly work on the issues set by the firm. 6. Collaborate with other organisations, institutions, bodies, and societies in Bangladesh and abroad.
